To qualify for an exchange:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos of the product. We’d be happy to review and assist you immediately.
shipping for returns
As a small business, we're unable to cover return shipping costs. A flat fee of ₹50 will need to be borne by the customer for all exchanges. Please ensure the product is packed securely for transit. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your return or exchange.
