Return / Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that meet our eligibility criteria.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Tags, original packaging, and invoice must be intact.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
Returns are accepted only for size issues.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Currently, we do not have specific non-returnable categories. However, any item purchased on sale or during special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

Our team will guide you through the next steps and share the return shipping address.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your return or exchange.

Refunds & Store Credit

We currently offer store credit only for returns.

Store credit will be issued once the return is approved and received in good condition.
Store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Direct monetary refunds are not provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos of the product. We’ll review the issue and assist you immediately.
